Meet Marcy
At The Grove Salon, Marcy brings years of experience, creativity, and a deeply personal approach to her work behind the chair.
She began her career early — starting in cosmetology while still in high school — and has since worked across multiple areas of the industry, including salons, cosmetic counters, TV and film, education, and behind-the-scenes work in fashion and photoshoots.
Today, as a Level 5 stylist at The Grove Salon in Vancouver BC. Marcy's focus is simple: to take care of the person sitting in front of her with detail, intention, and care.
A Collaborative, Invested Approach.
Marcy approaches each appointment with a mindset that goes beyond the service itself.
“I like to think of it as this is your season — your spring or summer look. It helps me feel invested in creating something that really suits you.”
Consultations are thoughtful and thorough. She takes the time to understand how you wear your hair day-to-day, what feels realistic, and where she can elevate your look in a way that still feels like you.

Marcy is especially drawn to:

Her days off are often spent slowly...tending to her space, enjoying music, or sharing simple routines like her weekly grocery shop with her son.
