Is there parking?

Yes both locations have street parking directly in front of the shops and the surrounding area.

Can I bring my dog?

While we would prefer you not too, as some guests and stylists may be allergic or uncomfortable. We can allow for well behaved, quiet, and friendly dogs. Of course service animals are always welcome.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes!

Do you have a cancelation policy?

Yes we do. All apts must be canceled within 48-24hrs. We appreciate 48 hours so that we can allow time for the stylist to be re booked.

No shows or late cancelations are subject to a 50% fee.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes we do, they may be purchased via email or in person or by phone.

Can I wash my hair after a color service?

We recommend waiting 48 hours to allow the color to settle. Of course using a color safe shampoo is always important.

Should I wash my hair before a color service??

Unless your hair is extremely greasy, NO.

Do you have a service guarantee policy?

All of our stylists and spa therapists have been well trained prior to joining our company. They also receive training upon there employment with the grove. We trust that majority of services provided lead to happy clients. In the off chance something may go wrong we will proceed according to a case by case basis. Either with an adjustment to the hair, a complimentary re service, and in the event a sitatuoin can not be resolved with both parties happy we may issue a refund.

Do you cut kids hair?

We have select stylists that have been trained to work on children’s hair.

Do you have early apts or late apts?

We are open 9-8 most days

What happens if I am late for my apt?

We have a 15 minute grace window, passed this your apt is forfeited and you will be charged for a missed apt.

Will my credit card be charged when I book?

We do not take deposits for bookings unless it is a unusual situation, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show for your apt.
