"For me, it's never really been about the service itself, it's about the experience. I love giving an incredible scalp massage, connecting with each guest in my chair, and creating a moment that feels like true self-care."

After work, Kriss unwinds surrounded by mountain views, plants, and her hot tub, while weekends are spent camping, gardening, and reconnecting with the outdoors.

A Creative Soul

One of Kriss’s lesser-known talents is restoring furniture. She finds deep satisfaction in sanding past years of “redos” to reveal a piece’s natural beauty once again — a process that feels both grounding and rewarding.

If she ever chose a different career path, Kriss imagines herself on a family homestead, living off the land and deeply connected to nature — ideally with a winery involved.

She approaches travel much the same way she approaches life: open, curious, and fully present. Experiencing new places and immersing herself in each adventure feels like a dream she’s already living.
